Any forms of loft hatches should be finished and ideally have a draft excluder
-
All light fixtures and socket fixtures to be fitted
-
Window frames to be sealed between the external walls i.e. silcone/expanding foam

SVP pipes or any types of pipes exiting the envelope area should be well sealed
-
All plumbing installed and all traps/U bends to have water in
-
Skirting boards to be fixed and sealed
-
Also noted that chimneys should be checked before we arrive on site to make sure they are properly sealed and that any flues that have been installed are not leaking.
-
Please be aware that testing cannot take place in high wind conditions
-
Upon our visit we will temporay seal extractor fans and possibly trickle vents depending on when the dwelling was constructed.
-
It should be noted that to do the test we will require 240v or 110v power , if this is a problem please contact us before our visit.
